July 13 2012

After a de-clawed cougar was shot and killed near his property last week local residents began pointing fingers at Nanda Guha who owns Guha's Lions and Tigers, a small roadside zoo. Guha and his wife are both in their 70's and look after 6 lions, 2 cougars, and 1 jaguar. Guha, who is originally from Darjeeling India, is continuing his family's tradition of looking after injured big cats, a tradtion he can trace back 14 generations back to the 1450's.
